Firstly, the fibres on the Ice Fusion are interwoven together, which increases their strength and makes the fabric lint-free: you can genuinely use Ice Fusion straight from the bag without pre-washing and not have to worry about any pile shed. Secondly, Fused Fibre Technology makes the fibres semi-elastic (you’ll notice the fabric has a spongy feel when you handle it). This means that during use the fibres bounce back into shape after they’ve been pressed against the surface, so with each stroke you get the same finish quality as the last stroke, right up to the end of the job.
Some early Ice Fusion users have commented that it gives the closest to a spray finish that they’ve ever seen from a roller. And after cleaning the fibres spring back into shape as they dry, giving you the same finish quality for the next job, time after time.
Available in a 12mm medium pile in 4†mini twin pack, 9†and 12†sizes, you can use Ice Fusion in a wide range of paints and varnishes including emulsion, eggshell, wood stains and clearcoats. It also features a snap-close airtight foil bag, which means you can store wet rollers overnight (or longer) ready for use the next day.
